Ollie is an Oxen, and American Short Horn. When I met him I didn't know what an oxen was. I quickly found out that an Oxen is simply cow that is trained to pull a cart. He lives at Washington on the Brazos. Who remembers the hide and seek chant "Ollie Ollie Oxen Free?" This painting is currently available at Hound Song Brewery in Columbus, Texas.
